Foreign Aid to Israel is Illegal under U.S. Law →

The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 was amended by Stuart Symington (D-Missouri) in 1976. His amendment banned all U.S. economic and military assistance to any country who develops, receives, delivers, or transfers nuclear technology when they do not comply with IAEA regulations and inspections. [Section 101, pp. 474]

Israel is not a signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and has been developing nuclear weapons for decades. In addition to developing their own nuclear weapons they have been receiving, delivering, and transferring nuclear technology with various countries: France, South Africa, and of course the United States. Israel does not comply with IAEA regulations and inspections.

Conclusion? Foreign aid to Israel is illegal under U.S. law.
